I Want To Leave My Husband But He Loves Me

I want to leave my husband but he loves me

Breakup up is never easy especially when you plan on separating from someone that you have spent a significant amount of your life with. There are a number of situations where a woman is unhappy in a relationship and wants to move out of it. However the thought of leaving her husband and the guilt of betraying her family is something that stops her from moving on. A lot of times women get attracted to other men and they cannot move on because of the guilt of hurting their family or because their husband is still in love with him. If you feel that I want to leave my husband but he loves me then it’s important for you to take the right decision so that you find happiness but you do not hurt the ones around you either.

Are You Happy?

This is something that you should ask yourself before you take the decision to leave your husband. Sometimes women just look at other people’s lives and want that sort of life for themselves. What they don’t realize is that in order for a marriage to be successful, it takes two people to bring joy and happiness into it. If you haven’t been able to find happiness in your marriage then moving out might be a solution, but it’s not the only one.

This is something that you should keep as your last resort. If you can discuss the problems with your husband and find the solution then that is probably one of the best things to do. Attraction towards other men is normal, but what you need to do is try and bring the passion back into your marriage so that you can make things work. If you have already tried and you know truly that you are not happy living with your husband then moving on is the only option.

Discussing It With Your Husband

If you plan on leaving your husband the worst thing to do would be to keep it from him. You need to inform him about your choices so that he is as prepared for it as you are. Suddenly springing it upon him with packed bags is something that isn’t correct and is probably the worst thing that you can do. If you have spent a lot of time with him and he really cares about you, make sure that you break it to him as slowly and as early as possible.

If he truly loves you, it is going to take him a while to accept this decision, but eventually he will understand that you are not happy and he will let you go. Suddenly walking out on your husband does not make sense because this will hurt his feelings and will upset the entire family. If you have children, make sure to include your children in the decision as well. Talk to your husband about meeting the children and discuss with him how you wish to keep custody of the child. Open up all the ideas to your children and let them know what is happening. These sorts of changes usually cause depression in children and it takes them a while to adjust. Letting them know what is going to happen in advance is always a better option.

Have A Plan Ready

Sometimes you might decide to walk out of your marriage instantly, but what if you don’t have a plan in place and you are not independent. Then this is probably the worst thing that you could do. Making a hasty decision does not make any sense because you will not find any happiness in doing so. Always decide what you are going to do with your life and how you are going to move on once you get out of the marriage.

In case you are moving out and your husband is going to continue living in the house that you lived in together, arrange for a place for you to live and make sure that it is going to be comfortable enough for your children as well as in close proximity to the school.

Give Him A Reason

When you have spent a lot of time with a man it is only obvious that it will hurt his feelings when you walk out of a marriage. No matter how lame the excuse is you have to let your husband know what it is that is driving you away from him and whether or not something can be done to fix it. Even if you have fallen in love with another man and you want to move on with him, you have to let your husband know the truth.

It is better for him to hear it from you than hear it from another person because that will hurt his feelings even more and it will upset him. When you have children with a person it is a good idea to be friends with them because it helps you to discuss the future of the child and plan it better. It also gives the child a sense of security. In order for you to be able to maintain a healthy relationship with your husband even after you have walked out of the marriage, you need to make sure that you give your husband a reasoning for you moving out.

Go Slow On Him

Do not spring your decision on him instantly because this is never going to go the right way. It is important for you to give him time to absorb the fact that the marriage has ended. Do it the right way and give him enough time to adjust the change so that everyone is happy. This is the best thing that you can do because it not only works well for the kids it also helps the husband to adjust more smoothly to the change and it helps you to cope with the guilt of leaving your husband.
